Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to all OSHA guidelines
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all inventory items
- Uphold 5S standards for cleanliness and organization in the facility
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
