Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Verify and document incoming/outgoing shipments against purchase orders
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following 5S principles
- Operate warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS systems) with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
