Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in warehouse management systems
- Inspect and report damaged or defective materials to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage and retrieval processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and verifying delivery accuracy
- Participate in regular warehouse audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
