Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, labeling, and documentation systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces adhering to OSHA and company safety standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with proven inventory management skills
- Basic computer proficiency for WMS systems and digital documentation
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety protocols
