Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, stage, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform daily inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support loading/unloading operations and coordinate with transportation teams
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
