Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts to ensure data integrity
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to management immediately
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking and reporting
- Prepare and load shipments for outbound delivery with proper documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
