Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and data entry
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and participate in preventative maintenance programs
- Support loading/unloading activities and ensure proper stacking of palletized goods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory management systems
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
- Excellent communication abilities and teamwork mindset
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
