Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using industrial equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery
- Inspect materials for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
