Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and digital logs
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
