Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming materials using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment following FIFO protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and report equipment malfunctions
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety policies and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
