Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within 250,000 sq ft facility
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Stage and prepare shipments for outbound delivery with 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
