Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to move raw materials and finished goods
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation using WMS systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Prepare shipments for distribution by verifying orders and packaging materials securely
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Document all material movements and inventory transactions accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid Texas driver's license required
