Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct pre/post-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Process documentation for inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
