Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods within warehouse
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
