Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials from trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Ensure clean and safe work environment through proper housekeeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
