Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required
- Inspect and package goods to prevent damage during transit/storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Operate warehouse equipment (scanners, conveyors, etc.) with precision
- Support loading/unloading operations for inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
