Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS system and barcode scanning
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs to prevent operational delays
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with proper documentation
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
