Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload materials from trucks and conveyor systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report quality discrepancies
- Organize and store materials according to company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
