Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and organize raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning, counting, and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, order pickers, and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Prepare shipments for dispatch by properly packing and labeling products
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
