Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments, verify inventory accuracy, and maintain organized storage areas
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report malfunctions promptly
- Maintain detailed logs for inventory and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
