Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Move materials to storage areas, production lines, or shipping docks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Pack and prepare outgoing shipments following quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
