Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; prepare outbound orders with precision
- Maintain organized storage systems with real-time inventory updates in WMS
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA standards and PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
