Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Accurately inventory and organize stock in warehouse zones using WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company safety protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with attention to detail and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) with precision
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
