Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Perform accurate inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation using warehouse management systems
- Inspect materials for damage, defects, or non-conformance and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Load/unload trucks, stage products, and prepare shipments for timely delivery
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on material handling equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
