Responsibilities
- Safely move, stack, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment with proper training and certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
