Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, labeling, and tracking in WMS systems
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse zones to optimize space utilization
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure product integrity and compliance
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; OSHA Forklift certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
