Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery following packing protocols
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas through 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
