Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation using WMS systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal operational condition
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution while adhering to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Utilize RF scanners for real-time inventory tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
