Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage documentation
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage zones using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow timelines
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) with proper certifications
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
