Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts in our WMS system
- Inspect and prepare shipments for timely delivery while adhering to safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and distribution targets
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
