Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished products
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Load/unload trucks and stage materials for production lines or shipping
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent workplace hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
