- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to transport goods efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers while verifying shipment accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with precise record-keeping
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
