Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment preparation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment per OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
