Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations
- Operate industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with precision while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly/quarterly inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material flow issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
