Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect and maintain handling equipment for operational readiness
- Support order fulfillment processes and shipping/receiving procedures
- Adhere to company safety protocols and 5S methodology
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling role
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
