Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following OSHA safety standards
- Update inventory records in WMS systems with real-time data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and perform routine maintenance checks
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
