Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products throughout the facility
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while meeting daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA compliance and equipment certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Fluent English communication skills
