Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and data entry systems
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control and damage assessment
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Optimize storage space utilization and maintain organized work zones
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
