Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments and verify documentation for accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling hazardous materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
