Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming materials using warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the facility
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Operate automated material handling equipment when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
