Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and organize materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain inventory records
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize storage space utilization and implement FIFO inventory methods
- Support quality control initiatives by inspecting materials for damage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
