Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Accurately track inventory in WMS systems and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Operate packaging equipment and prepare shipments for transport
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
