Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data entry in WMS systems
- Prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery to distribution partners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification and safe operation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
