Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain daily inspection logs
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
- Process documentation using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience a plus)
- Train on new equipment and processes to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Preferred: Experience with SAP/JDA systems
