Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in periodic inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
