Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate automated conveyor systems and packaging machinery
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery with proper documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
