Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to OSHA standards
- Process shipments/receipts using WMS systems like Oracle or SAP
- Maintain organized storage areas to optimize space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
