Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with 100% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory audits and maintain real-time tracking in WMS systems
- Optimize storage space utilization through strategic material placement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Train on new technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
