Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials between warehouse zones and production areas
- Accurately count, scan, and record inventory using handheld RF scanners
- Load/unload shipments while verifying product specifications and documentation
- Maintain organized storage systems and implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company SOPs at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently while following safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
