Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory records using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform routine preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software and barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
